Q: What is your return policy?

A: All clearance sales are final and are not eligible for returns.

For all other purchases, returns may be initiated within 14 days of delivery for full refund, simply login to request a one-time code or contact us to begin the return process.  To be issued a full refund, the item must be received in the same condition that you received it.

 Unfortunately, any return requested outside of that time period will not be accepted.  For additional details, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
