Q: Can I change the shipping address for my order?

A: Please contact our support team ASAP to update your address.  We will only be able to update your address if we have not yet begun packing your order.

Q: Can I change the billing address for my order?

A: Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to edit the billing address. As long as your order was placed successfully, you will be able to receive your order!

Q: Can I modify my order after I've placed it?

A: Unfortunately, we are unable to modify an order once it has been placed. Sorry!

Q: Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

A: Yes!  Please contact our support team to request a cancellation.  Unfortunately, once an order has begun the packing process, it cannot be cancelled.
