BBT&C Acceptance Guidelines

All items should be freshly cleaned and in gently, show-ready, used condition. Here are some reasons why we may decline items:

Items Not Accepted:

• Saddles
• Blankets, Coolers, Quarter Sheets, etc.
• Tall Boots
• Safety Equipment (ie: Air Vests, Safety Vests, Helmets)

General:

• Styles not relevant to the last 3 years
• Prize or Custom monogrammed items
• Staining & Sun Fading
• Missing buttons or broken zippers
• Heavy Pilling
• Holes or split seams

Tack:

• Cracked or dried leather
• Rusted
• Mismatched leather (ie: changed noseband, brow band, or cheek pieces)
• Moldy

Miscellaneous:

• Fly sprays, ointments, medications
• Grooming supplies (unless new w/ tags)
• Large items that are difficult to ship
